Not Back to School
For those not returning to school, the back-to-school season still offers opportunities. Many retailers offer discounts on office supplies, electronics, and clothing during this time. Take advantage of these sales to stock up on essentials for work or personal use. I am using this time to organize my workspace. Even storage spaces can be checked and I might find some useful material for my next project.
Consider taking online courses or workshops to continue learning and developing new skills. Websites like Coursera, Udemy, and Skillshare offer a wide range of courses on various topics. This can help you stay competitive in the job market and expand your knowledge in different areas. Applying for job now means using every buzz work you can think of to boost your modern reputation with technology. I personally need to brush up on my Calculus and my favorite program for that is Khan Academy.
Lastly, use this time to set new goals and plan for the future. Whether it's advancing in your career, starting a side business, or pursuing a hobby, setting clear objectives and creating a plan of action can help you stay motivated and focused on your personal and professional growth. I am manifesting more social media posts and maybe an art show featuring my portraits in a local setting. Maybe do some networking with fellow artists along the way to a more connected community.
